West Indies Beat Pakistan by 2 Wickets in Champions Trophy Cricket

Oval : West Indies kept its nerves to beat Pakistan here in their first group match of Champions Trophy by 2 wickets. 


West Indies won the toss and elected to field to put Pakistan in a tester, as they went 3 wickets down on only 15 runs. At last Misbahul Haq (96*) and opener Nasir Jamshed (50) managed some respectful total for Pakistan. Pakistan were all out on 171 with their only two players to reach in double figures.

Roach from West Indies took 3 wickets for 28 runs. 

West Indies response was also not good as they lost 5 of their wickets under the score of hunderd.
Chris Gayle scored 39 runs and both Samuels and Pollard 30 each. Muhammad Irfan of Pakistan took 3 for 32 runs.
