Microsoft sets Windows 8 price


Microsoft Corporation has finally set the price of its Windows 8 and started taking pre orders for the product which is $ 70 for a DVD pack which upgrades Windows xp, Vista and Windows 7.


Microsoft has also announced that users can download the software directly but they have to wait until 26 October of this year for $ 40 which is an offer price and will be expire on end of this January.

Microsoft also said PC makers such as Acer, Asustek, Dell, HP, Samsung and Sony were also now taking pre-orders for machines with Windows 8 pre-installed.
