Islamabad : A Pakistani commission investigating the killing of Osama bin Laden has barred his family from leaving the country. Despite of Pakistan's government's recent announcement that bin Laden's widows would soon be repatriated to Yemen and Saudi Arabia.
The Pakistan is in possession of three widows and six children which were left behind in a compound in the Pakistani garrison town of Abbottabad after the US raid, which was kept secret from Pakistan.
The order to keep them in Pakistan was issued late Tuesday night after a four-member commission, headed by a Supreme Court judge, began its investigation into the incident.
