Robo-bird’ makes is first successful check flight



Smart Bird’s successful flight has been stated as innovative step forward for technology.
 German high-tech automation company, Festo created the ‘SmartBird’ by replicating the movements of a bird in trip into a robot which resembles a ocean gull. The robo-bird can take off, fly and land on its own, only by flapping its wings.

Festo referenced that the interior mechanics were like to flying machines devised hundreds of years ago by Leonardo da Vinci. An engineer  of the company said that, mans wish to fly lead to the formation of aircrafts which cemented way for the growth and creation of the ‘SmartBird’.
Festo said that because the ‘SmartBird’ looks like a real bird, it may be used by the armed in the future, while expert wonder that the ‘SmartBird’ will be ideal for intelligence work.
