KARACHI: Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that LEAs have collected some evidences of killing Geo News reporter Wali Khan Babar but that could not be revealed at this time.
Talking to mediamen at Karachi airport on Saturday, Malik said that further investigation into the murder of slain reporter is underway.
Malik stated that ANP leader Asfandyar Wali and MQM Chief Altaf Hussain have assured for refraining party leaders from issuing controversial statements.
Target killing is not a new phenomenon, he said and added that he would present his point of view on this till evening.
Interior Minister further said that elements involved in target killing in Karachi are getting line of action from somewhere, adding that a third power wanted to disturb law and order in the metropolis.
