PML-N leader Khawaja Asif said that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) was the only Pakistani political party whose chief was a foreigner, report said on Tuesday.
The PML-N leader was addressing the media in Lahore over ongoing political blame game between the two parties which started after Nawaz blamed MQM for Karachi's violence in his Sunday's address in Muzafarrabad. Khawaja Asif questioned the violence in Karachi, killings of high court's lawyers and continued targeted killings in the city.
He defended Nawaz Sharif's statement saying he has only raised political issues and every Pakistani has the right to know about such matters. 'Altaf Hussain has attacked the PML-N chief personally while Nawaz only raised political matters.
