Wikileaks Leader Julian Assange Surrendered to Police

LONDON (AP) - WikiLeaks leader Julian Assange surrendered to police Tuesday as part of a sex-crimes investigation in Sweden.  Julian Assange is accused of rape, sexual molestation and unlawful coercion in two separate cases.
His own legal troubles are escalating along with the troubles faced by his website since it began releasing secret State Department documents. Its bank accounts have been canceled, and it's been the target of cyber-attacks.
A spokesman for WikiLeaks says the arrest of the website's founder is an attack on media freedom.  An important thing is that the arrest won't prevent the group from releasing more secret documents. The site has said there will eventually be a quarter-million cables from U.S. diplomatic posts around the world.
